Saturday starts with a traditional Turkish breakfast featuring local cheeses, farm eggs, homemade jams, and whole wheat bread. After breakfast, you will visit the surrounding olive orchards to see the olive harvest, learn how local olives are processed, and taste regional olive oil. On the way back, you will stop by a neighboring farm to collect fresh vegetables for your cooking class. Later, enjoy a hands-on culinary session where you prepare five cold starters, one hot starter, and one main course, then share the meal with fine local Turkish wines.
Sunday begins with another delicious breakfast before visiting the farmers market by the fishermen's wharf to buy fresh fish and seasonal vegetables. Back at the house, you will cook a flavorful seafood menu at home, bringing the weekend to a memorable close with authentic ingredients and local cooking traditions. After lunch, you are transferred back to the airport for your return flight.
