Experience the ultimate Bodrum residential cookery course with our three nights, four days culinary retreat in the Turkish countryside—designed for travelers who want to cook, taste, and explore authentic Aegean and classical Turkish cuisine. The program runs Tuesday to Friday, with arrival meet-and-greet at Bodrum Cruise Port or Bodrum/Milas Airport, followed by a warm welcome dinner and an introduction to the rich flavors of southwestern Türkiye.
On Day 2, enjoy a chef-led introduction to local produce before visiting a farmers market to shop for the ingredients you'll use in an immersive hands-on session focused on olive-oil meze and seasonal vegetables. In the evening, we take you into central Bodrum to experience the town's famous restaurants and nightlife.
Day 3 takes you deeper into tradition with a countryside visit for wood-fire bread making, followed by a cooking workshop where you'll learn to roll and prepare mantı (Turkish ravioli) or piruhi, then enjoy a late lunch. Later, you'll visit a local goat farm to taste homemade cheese and wine.
On the final day, join a guided visit to Bodrum's largest food market, return to the kitchen with your chosen produce, and finish with a full-menu cooking class served with a glass of selected Turkish wine—completed by 3:00 PM. Afterward, we can transfer you to the airport for your onward flight, or you're welcome to extend your stay for extra relaxation.
