This experience is priced at €1,950 per person based on double-room accommodation, with a single supplement of €400. The price includes six nights accommodation, all cooking classes, all meals as stated in the itinerary, a one-day blue cruise on a private yacht, airport or cruise port pick-up and drop-off, and all transportation included in the program.

Day 1 (Saturday) – Arrival & Welcome Dinner
After your arrival at Bodrum Milas Airport or Bodrum Cruise Port, we welcome you to our countryside home for the start of your one-week culinary retreat in Bodrum. Settle into your room with private facilities, air conditioning, and a private balcony overlooking the lagoon and the Aegean Sea. In the evening, enjoy your first traditional Turkish dinner and discover the olive oil, herbs, vegetables, and seafood that define the cuisine of southwestern Türkiye. Meal included: Dinner.
Day 2 (Sunday) – Blue Cruise & Vineyard Dinner
Start the day with a full Turkish breakfast before heading out on a daily blue cruise in Bodrum aboard a traditional gulet yacht. Cruise through the beautiful bays of the peninsula, swim in crystal-clear waters, and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch on board. In the evening, visit a local vineyard for a special wine and food pairing dinner featuring regional wines. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 3 (Monday) – Market Visit & Turkish Home Cooking Class
After breakfast, visit a local market at a small fishermen's wharf, where local farmers bring fresh seasonal produce. Shop for ingredients and return for a Turkish home cooking class, where you will prepare five meze dishes, a börek, and a main course. After a late lunch, continue to a nearby village to see local women rolling dough, making flatbread, and preparing traditional foods. On the way back, enjoy wine tasting with snacks and finger food at another local vineyard. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 4 (Tuesday) – Milas Market & Turkish Rice Pilaf Class
Visit Milas Market, the most vibrant farmers market in the area, where you will explore local produce, cheese stalls, fishermen, and butchers. Enjoy local street food for lunch and visit ancient Mylasa, its renovated archaeological museum, and Beçin Castle on the way back. In the evening, join a cooking class focused on Turkish rice pilaf with vegetable, lamb, and fish variations, followed by dinner served with local Bodrum wines. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 5 (Wednesday) – Dolma Class & Bodrum Peninsula Visit
In the morning cooking session, learn how to make dolma, the traditional Turkish stuffed vegetables prepared with both rice and meat fillings. Enjoy what you cook for lunch, then explore the Bodrum Peninsula in the afternoon, visiting museums before ending the day in Gümüşlük, a charming seaside town known for its fishermen's restaurants and live music. Meals included: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 6 (Thursday) – Goat Farm Visit & Turkish Desserts
After breakfast, visit a local goat farm to meet the farmers and taste their cheese and wine. On the way back, stop at a small farmer's garden to pick up fresh herbs, salad greens, and vegetables for lunch. The day's cooking class focuses on Turkish desserts, including baklava and milk desserts. Dinner is not included, giving you the freedom to dine out in Bodrum or relax at home. Meals included: Breakfast and lunch. Dinner not included.
Day 7 (Friday) – Farewell & Departure
Enjoy some free time before your return transfer to the airport or cruise port and the end of your foodie journey through Ancient Karia.
