Friday:
In the afternoon upon arrival at the Bodrum – Milas airport we will pick you up to take you to our homestay where you will be staying this weekend. We are only 10 minutes drive from the airport and yet it is in the mid of the foodie heaven surrounded by fields, farms, vineyards, fishermens wharfs etc. We will serve a welcome dinner on our barbeque overlooking the Tuzla lake. Saturday:
Turkish breakfasts are famous with the variety served. We will be serving varieties of cheeses, farm eggs from our neighbors chickens , our home made jams, whole wheat bread etc. After breakfast we will be going to the Olive Orchards around to pick up olives, see how they are treated and taste some olive oil of the area. On our way back we will be visiting one of our neighbours to pick up the vegetables needed for our cooking class . At the class we will be cooking 5 cold starters, one hot starter and a main course. We will be sharing what we have cooked at the class with fine local Turkish wines. (B,L,D)
After our delicious breakfast we will take you to the farmers market just by the fishermens wharf, to buy our fresh fish and vegetables and cook a delicious seafood menu at home. With a full stomach and many delicous memories we will take you back to the airport for your flight back. (B,L)
